Pause Transfers
Temporarily freeze all token transfers — an emergency tool for critical situations.
Before you start
- Token owner wallet
- Token must have been deployed with Pause enabled
Connect the token owner wallet
Only the token owner can pause or unpause transfers. Pause must have been enabled at deployment.
Check current pause status
The page shows whether the token is currently paused or active. When paused, no wallet can send or receive the token (except any fee-exempt wallets).
Transfer Status
Click Pause Transfers (or Unpause)
To freeze: click "Pause Transfers". Your wallet asks you to confirm. Once confirmed, all token transfers stop immediately across all wallets. To resume: click "Unpause Transfers" and confirm — normal activity resumes instantly.
Pausing affects every holder of your token. They will be unable to sell, transfer, or use their tokens until you unpause. Use this only in genuine emergencies and communicate with your community immediately.
