Privacy Policy

Solauncher ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights with respect to that information when you use our Service at solauncher.org.

Because Solauncher is a non-custodial platform, we never have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or digital assets. All on-chain interactions occur directly between your wallet and the Solana blockchain.

We collect the following categories of information:

• Wallet addresses. When you connect a wallet, your public key is visible to us in order to display your tokens and process transactions. We do not store private keys.
• Transaction data. On-chain transactions you initiate are publicly visible on the Solana blockchain. We may log transaction signatures for notification and analytics purposes.
• Token metadata. Names, symbols, descriptions, and images you submit when creating tokens are uploaded to IPFS via Pinata and become publicly accessible.
• Usage data. We may collect anonymized information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, and error events. This data does not identify you personally.
• Referral codes. If you participate in our referral program, we associate your wallet address with your referral activity.

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
• Send Telegram/Discord notifications about token creation and other events (opt-in).
• Calculate and distribute referral rewards.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or prohibited activity.
• Analyze usage trends to improve user experience.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers. We use Pinata for IPFS file pinning and Helius for Solana RPC access. These providers process data only as necessary to deliver the Service.
• Blockchain. Transactions you broadcast are public by nature and visible to anyone on the Solana blockchain.

We use minimal browser storage (localStorage) to remember your network preference (mainnet / devnet) and UI settings. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.

When you create a token, your metadata (name, symbol, description, image) is pinned to IPFS via Pinata. IPFS content is public and content-addressed — once pinned, it is accessible to anyone with the IPFS hash. We cannot remove content from IPFS once it has been distributed across the network. Do not upload sensitive personal information as token metadata.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a hardware wallet or otherwise protect your private keys independently.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites (e.g. Solana Explorer, Raydium, Pump.fun). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their privacy policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
