Terms of Service

By accessing or using Solauncher ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Solauncher is a non-custodial web application that provides tools for creating and managing Solana SPL tokens, providing liquidity, and interacting with decentralized protocols including Raydium, Meteora, PumpSwap, and Pump.fun. The Service does not hold, custody, or control your digital assets at any time.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

Solauncher is a non-custodial platform. We do not control, hold, or have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or digital assets. All transactions are executed directly on the Solana blockchain by your connected wallet. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your wallet credentials and for all activity that occurs through your connected wallet.

Certain features of the Service require payment of a platform fee in SOL. These fees are displayed clearly before you confirm any transaction. In addition to platform fees, you are responsible for Solana network transaction fees (gas). All fees are non-refundable once a transaction is confirmed on-chain.

Use of the Service involves significant risk. By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:

• Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Errors cannot be undone.
• The value of digital assets is highly volatile and can decrease to zero. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice.
• Regulatory changes may affect the legality of certain activities in your jurisdiction.
• Network congestion, validator downtime, or RPC failures may cause transactions to fail or be delayed.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service or any connected smart contracts.

All content, design, code, and branding associated with the Service are the property of Solauncher and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will indicate the date of the most recent update at the top of this page.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, and you waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
